Live Fire Class Registration

Our class meets the requirements set forth by law in Massachusetts to obtain a Massachusetts License to Carry, a MA FID Card. 

YOU MUST TAKE STEP ONE in Rockland with South Shore Gun Training BEFORE taking this class. Live Fire Training, is the second step to obtaining your Mass LTC, or FID.  Starting April 2, 2026, Massachusetts is requiring Live Fire Training and additional training elements to obtain an LTC/ FID.  By taking both of our classes, you will meet the additional training requirements, set forth by the Commonwealth.

Note: Residents of Braintree, Brookline, Rockland, Sharon, Quincy and Weymouth are required to take live fire training to obtain an LTC, or FID. This is a town specific requirement.
