DESCRIPTION:<strong>Our MA LTC, <u>INCLUDING LIVE FIRE</u>, course contains the core curriculum of the NRA home Safety Course LTC-007 and fulfills the requirement for towns that require live fire training i.e. Quincy, Weymouth, Rockland, Hingham and Sharon.</strong>\n\n<span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>CLASSROOM TRAINING TAKES PLACE AT 48 Centre Street in Holbrook MA, with Live fire to Follow at The Holbrook Sportsman’s Club!</strong></span>\n\nOur basic Firearms Safety Class is a semi-private class that fulfills the Massachusetts firearms safety class requirement to apply for your Massachusetts license to carry (Mass LTC), including live fire training where you shoot a .22LR hand gun with a trained instructor following the classroom instruction.  The class covers a broad range of subject matter including firearms self-defense laws in Mass, where you may and may not carry a firearm, lawful storage & transportation, license reciprocity in the US & neighboring states, are part of the core curriculum. Students learn about basic firearms safety, common accidents & myths, semi-automatic pistols, revolvers, single and double action mechanisms, ammunition components, firearm terminology & maintenance. You will learn about the various types of malfunctions and how to properly deal with them. The class discusses the licensing process in Massachusetts, license renewal and reasons for license denial.\n\n<strong>The fee for this LTC class with Live Fire is $200 per attendee,  the registration fee is due upon booking. </strong>\n\n<strong>Thank you for your business.</strong>\n\n<em>South Shore Gun Training is fully licensed and insured.  All of our instructors are licensed, certified and insured.</em>
